  • Culinary & Cooking Classes
    Bakewurx offers engaging culinary classes designed to inspire and educate. These sessions are demo based, allowing participants to watch, learn, and taste as Chef Tony shares his expertise. Classes highlight techniques, flavor combinations, and approachable recipes that bring confidence to your own kitchen. Some classes are hosted at the Woodbridge General Store, creating a welcoming community setting where food and learning come together.
  • Hands-on Workshops
    For those who want to dive deeper, Bakewurx offers hands on cooking workshops ranging from 2 to 4 hours. These immersive sessions give participants the chance to cook alongside Chef Tony, practicing skills and creating dishes step by step. Workshops are ideal for individuals, couples, groups of friends, or small team building events. He also teaches at the John C Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, North Carolina, where extended workshops span 3 to 6 days. These multi day experiences allow for deeper exploration of culinary traditions, techniques, and creativity in a supportive environment.
