CULINARY WORKSHOPS @ Buckeye Creek Farm

Chef Tony Pisconeri - known for his emaphsis on simple and elegant meals, shows how to 'keep it healthy' by watching portion sizes and using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, all the while sharing tips that he learned on his own personal journey through weight loss (over 80lbs!).

Come join us! A garden walk and what to look for when shopping for fresh produce is included.

Prices range from $45 to $65 and include a presentation from the farmer (Liz Porter) at Buckeye Creek Farm, about what is in season, what to look for in fresh vegetables and growing tips for those interested.

Through lecture, demonstration and hands on instruction, you will learn all about the basic ingredients, tools, terminology, techniques and recipes for making artesian style, pizza, calzone, stromboli, and focaccia in your home kitchen.

Your class will culminate in a lunch made from the pizza, calzone, stromboli and focaccia we bake.
